Foundation Training was created by Dr. Eric Goodman and is a series of corrective exercise designed to alleviate acute and chronic back pain, improve posture and enhance athletic ability. These exercises help correct dysfunctional movement patterns and muscular imbalances. Most of our back pain we have is a direct result of daily poor movement patterns that we do unconsciously. Foundation Training provides relief from back pain and gives you the freedom to do what you LOVE!

Yoga

YOGA CLASSES

EVERY THURSDAY – 6:15PM

Yoga is a powerful tool for physical health, managing pain and mental well-being. Mindful movement linked with breath awareness helps increase strength, flexibility, and balance in the body as well as improving focus in the mind.

Class Information

  • Classes are beginner friendly while offering progressive options for experienced students.
  • We strongly encourage pre-registration for classes as space is limited to 10 students per class. Priority is given to those who pre-register. Give us a call at 804-270-3000 or contact us below to sign up. You may drop in as a student, however, class may be full or cancelled. We have a 4-hr call ahead cancellation policy.
  • The studio will be open to students at least 15 minutes prior to class. We strive to begin class on time, so we can better assist our students. Once class has begun, the doors will be closed, and late students may not be admitted. Please sign in before entering the studio.

Drop In – $16.00

Packages – All packages are non-refundable

  • 4 classes: $60 (expires in 2 months)
  • 10 classes: $120 (expires in 4 months)
  • Seniors: $10.00 (65 & up)
